We deliver to all locations in Egypt, including urban centers, rural areas, and remote regions.

2. Shipping Options and Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping

• Delivery Time: 3–5 business days.
• Cost: EGP 50 for orders under EGP 1,000.
• Free Shipping: Available for the following items:
  • Suits (both ready-to-wear and tailored).
  • Orders totaling EGP 1,000 or more (excluding sale or clearance items).

Express Shipping

• Delivery Time: 1–2 business days.
• Cost: EGP 100 flat rate.

3. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being placed.
• Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

5. Shipping for Customized and Tailored Products

Customized or tailored items may require additional processing time.

• Delivery Time: 10–14 business days from the date of order confirmation.

6. Delivery Conditions

• All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
• If no one is available to accept the package, our courier will attempt delivery again or contact you to arrange a convenient time.

7. International Shipping

8. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos of the damaged package and contents.
