Return Policy

At Suit Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our Return Policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations or damage.
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions may not be eligible for returns unless explicitly stated.
  • Customized or tailored products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] or call +20 123 456 7890 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and provide approval within 2 business days.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided in the return approval email.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • A different size or color of the same item (subject to availability).
  • Replacement of defective or damaged items.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Customized or tailored products.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items with visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration not caused by Suit Club.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Provide photos of the damage and your order details.
  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund based on your preference.

7. In-Store Returns

Online purchases can also be returned or exchanged at any of our physical store locations in:

  • Shobra

Ensure you bring the original receipt or proof of purchase.
